The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the guesthouse, shed, and private yard. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Other details to note
- The cleaning of the grill is responsibility of each guests.
- Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
- During freezing temperatures the washer may be unavailable to guests due to the possibility of the lines being frozen. This DOES NOT affect the home lines or water access.
- Since this is a century old home. There is a pipe connected to the bathtub/shower that makes the shower water have an orange/rust color the first few seconds of running then the water is clear. This issue is only found in the bathtub/shower faucet. No other faucets.
