Although only about 1 1/2 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg on Roaring Fork Road, all you will hear is the Sound of Rushing Water and the Sounds of Nature!

Amenities at the Resort include 3 Outdoor pools 2 Kiddie pools, 1 Indoor pool and Hottubs and Gas Grills near each. Treetops is a Small Resort with only 160 units as compared to Mega Size Resorts like the Wyndham and Westgate resorts where there are so many guests few can enjoy the pools and other amenities. Treetops is more personal and private... probably why it's rated online higher than those other resorts in Sevier County... over 700 online reviews.

Tree Tops

Older property off the strip, but close enough to trolley stops to be convenient. The property is nice with lots of trees and the creek is great. Room was basic, but clean. Pools are smaller, but several to choose from. No washer/dryer in the room. Would definitely return.

Property owner changed our reservation ~ don’t rent from Bill Pence

We rented the unit we wanted - 1BR overlooking the Roaring Fork creek. Without asking us, he “upgraded” our reservation, which was a disaster. No creekside room, room overlooked the pool (we didn’t want to look at the pool), stairs(we both have bad knees). We did not enjoy our stay, as we didn’t get unit we rented.
