Self-contained, functional and comfortable studio (20m2) with 15m2 north-east-facing terrace, ideally located 10min walk from 2 beaches (Océanides & La Piste), 5min walk from town centre with shops and market. Adjoining a charming little typical Landes house. Fully equipped with kitchen/living room and sofa bed, bathroom/shower, TV, wifi, independent and secure access. Direct access to the cycle path and the street. Free outdoor parking.

Small Studio (annex of house) of 20m2, recent, clean, cosy, comfortable and fully equipped. Located 800m from the beaches and 600m from Capbreton town centre in a beautiful wooded residential area. It is adjoining our accommodation, facing north-east, with a small 15m2 terrace (private, adjoining our garden but not overlooked).

The studio comprises 2 rooms separated by a sliding door:

(1) the bathroom and WC
(2) the main room, with its open-plan kitchen and bedroom/lounge.

A double bed for 2 people. It's a BZ (clic-clac type but in 3 parts) that folds and unfolds easily (size 140x200cm).

Large, bright, double-glazed window. The accommodation is very well insulated against noise, so you'll sleep in complete peace and quiet!

Included in the bathroom
iron+board, hairdryer, drying rack, bath mat, soap, toilet paper.

Included in the kitchen :
oven-grill, microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, small fridge with freezer, 1 filter coffee maker and 1 Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, kitchen cloth, sponge, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar.

Included in the accommodation :
television, wifi internet, pillows, duvet, and fan, mobile electric heater (radiator), mobile air conditioning, table with extension and 2 chairs

Included in the garden:
Small table with 2 chairs (ideal for your breakfast on the terrace!), parasol, deckchair.

Please bring your own beach towel and bath towel.

Bed linen is provided.

Possibility of using the in-house washing machine (at extra cost).

Smoking is only permitted on the terrace (strictly forbidden inside the property).

Cleaning must be done and the accommodation left clean and tidy, with the dishes washed and the bins emptied, please. Thank you for your time!
