Tiny House en Bois Style "cottage" Vue mer !

We offer you our brand new little wooden house (22m2) in a cottage spirit, full of charm, well decorated, warm and comfortable. It has a very nice view of the Gulf of Morbihan and is located on the GR34 (gate at the bottom of the garden).<br>The house is located in the heart of the small village of the Sené nature reserve.<br><br>It has a small equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a small sofa area (which can be transformed into an extra single bed if needed punctually) and a mezzanine bed (160cm x 200cm). Sheets, tea towels and towels are provided, the double bed is made (everything is included in the cleaning fees).<br>To access the 2 small mezzanines (bed and sitting area, photos attached), there is a miller's ladder and a small staircase without railings (if your balance is precarious, the house is not advised).<br>Access is via the path located on the GR34, you can park 150m away. Your entrance is private.<br>The house has a private terrace with garden table and chairs, brazier and deckchair. It overlooks a 1000 m2 garden. The private terrace is out of sight of our garden.<br>Our house is located above (you see it in the photo), we have a different entrance and our own garden.<br>The view of the garden, its old oak trees and the sea is magnificent. The changing landscapes of the tides are enchanting!<br>Whether it's for holidays, to get some fresh air, work and/or telework (broadband), the place is ideal: shops and nature are all in one place.<br>You will be 50m from the beautiful church of Séné, shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants...), schools (there are noises of children because the nursery school is right next door) and the very friendly organic market on Friday evening.<br>You will also be 4.5km from the pretty port of Vannes (8 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bike), its medieval old town, its ramparts, its famous market and its restaurants (we eat very very well in the area!). There are also lots of pretty shops in Vannes!<br>Located on the GR34 coastal path, there are many walks to do in this nature reserve (70km of trails) known for its magnificent sunsets, oyster tastings, beaches and marshes.<br>10 minutes away you have the beaches of the Gulf, the Pointe du Bill (and the renowned sailing club of the Mouettes Sinagotes), Mousterian, Port Anna, departures for the Ile d'Arz and 30-40 minutes away the beaches of the Ocean (Sarzeau, Presqu'île de Rhuys and a little further, La Trinité/mer, Carnac...), but also the Ile aux Moines, the departures for Belle-Ile, Houat are not very far. There is something to do different things every day, the area is wonderful and full of treasures!<br>We look forward to knowing that other people will be able to enjoy the joys of this little house.
