It houses a stream, a pond and meadows surrounded by 14 ha of wood. The flora is of remarkable diversity. The central part is occupied by an old seigneurial farm flanked by a tower and barns dating from the Middle Ages. These are set in a sumptuous 20 x 11 meter swimming pool, surrounded by a large terrace with solarium. We are renowned for our spacious pitches, a spirit of freedom, quality and very clean sanitary facilities, and of course also for the friendly atmosphere in the well-equipped bar and restaurant. Apart from activities, such as cooking sessions in the bread oven, ball tournaments, our visitors can organize various events.The interior of the country, where Le Colombier is located, brings together hilly landscapes, made up of country sites, forests, old farms and large properties, forming a suitable setting for hiking and cycling. A 'nature' campaign with an authentic and welcoming population. You will find in the surroundings: The Atlantic and its two naturist beaches 50 km away (the Pointe d'Arçay and La Terrière). The natural park of the 'Marais du Poitevin' also called the 'Venise Verte'. Three lakes equipped for water sports. Of attaching small towns - Luçon, Fontenay-le-Comte, offering all facilities.
