Renovated 1950's 4 bedroom 2 bath two-story house
Ground level: den, two bedrooms (queen and double bed) , one bathroom, a screened in porch and outdoor entry access to covered parking.
Basement level: den, two bedrooms (two double beds/ two twin beds) one bathroom and outdoor entry access to lower porch.
Split two families upstairs and downstairs or Enjoy togetherness on the screened-in back porch overlooking a wooded lot with firepit and trampoline.
Walk down the street and find yourself facing the Ole Miss Campus. Also, walking distance to the Square, restaurants and Lamar Park
At this house, you feel like you are in the woods with nice neighbors but when you need to get somewhere in town, you are in the middle of it all!
Parking under a cover for two cars. Two more cars can fit in the driveway for a total of 4 cars. Park here and walk to the game, you won't need a parking pass on campus.
This is our home where we live. If you want to use bikes or firewood or toys and games for children, please let us know.
We have YouTube live tv on upstairs and downstairs tv as well as wifi.
