Highlighted by an expansive wrap-around porch and second story balcony, this 3bed/2bath retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful mountains surrounding Ruidoso. The exterior also boasts a well-maintained hot tub to soak up the bubbles and views year-round. The cozy interior features a wood-burning fireplace, new central heat & air conditioning, and flat screen TVs in the rooms. Sleeps 10.

This comfy and cozy 3BR/2BA mountain cabin is the perfect getaway for couples or a large family. In an amazing location, you'll easily be able to take advantage of everything Ruidoso and the surrounding area have to offer.

Pretty much as close to the Ski Apache recreation area as you can possibly get, this hideaway is also a quick 10-minute drive to the heart of downtown Ruidoso's unique shops, restaurants, wineries, and breweries -- as well as all the amazing amenities nearby for kids or the young at heart!

Our family has been in Ruidoso for decades after my grandfather brought the family here in the 1960s to build the ski lift on the mountain. We look forward to sharing the natural beauty of our little paradise on earth with you!

This lovely cabin was just right for our family weekend getaway, it was nice and cozy! My 13 year old son especially loved us all gathering around the fire pit roasting marshmallows that is conveniently in the back fenced yard. Great Location

We had a great view of Nogal Mountain and plenty of space for a family. We enjoyed the hot tub and one evening a herd of wild horses came up to just a few feet from the hot tub! Was a great experience. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the porch. Clean cabin and easy process of checking in and out.

Great Family Get Away

Just the view and all the deer/horses roaming around. If you have elderly or small children the stairs to bedrooms are very steep.Going our for meals was great - nice breakfast restaurant with in 2 miles and Michaels Italian was excellent. The western chuck wagon cook out with singing and shoot-out was lots of family fun.

We loved this house. The views were outstanding, the house was super clean! The yard was great, and the neighborhood was fantastic! This was a very nice house to stay while visiting Ruidoso. Kinda out of town, but the drive was beautiful into town! The porch and fenced in yard were a great asset for our pups. They loved it too! The host was very responsive. Relaxing vacation home

This is the perfect property for a nice relaxing get-a-way. Especially if you want to sit on the porch and read all day. If you want to get out and about the property is close to just about everything. The house is cozy and perfect for family to gather and visit. Peace and quiet and cooler weather

Short trip to get away from the heat and get in a couple of training rides on my bicycle in the mountain air. Ruidoso/Alto is always our destination. Very quaint place. Reminded me of my Grandfather’s cabin growing up.

We have 2 beloved fur babies who love this home in the mountains and all the lovely *friends* who come visit (elk, wild horses, hummingbirds, ravens, and deer). We love to travel and experience new places through the eyes of a local by renting through VRBO.
My father was born and raised in Ruidoso so I've been coming here my whole life. It's really blossomed into a wonderful town that has so much of what we love---small local businesses with the best crafts, activities, food, beer, and wine you can find anywhere. All while keeping the wild nature that makes this oasis so spectacular.
