Great cozy holiday home next to the dunes, the beach and the sea!

Would you like to relax in the whirlpool, lay down at the sun beds or use the 4 FREE to use bicycles to enjoy the beautiful nature?

Our holiday home is situated in Noordwijk, located on the Dutch coast. In the center of Noordwijk with the cozy and beautiful Boulevard, shopping center you will find many shops, restaurants and cafes.
In the dunes and on the beach, there are also many opportunities for walking, cycling (4 bikes FREE), horseback riding, etc..

Would you like to visit a museum or a city? Within 45 minutes from Noordwijk is Leiden (15 min.), Haarlem (30 min.), The Hague (30 min.), Delft (40 min.) and Amsterdam (45 min.).

SPECIAL:
From early spring in Noordwijk and nabouring villages you can enjoy the colourful flower fields with tulips, narcissus and hyacinths, a pleasure to your eyes!

The holiday house:
The beautiful furniture and the spacious sharing make you feel directly at home.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with access to the terrace and garden, also you can find here the fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
Before climbing the stairs there's a toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with 2 and 3 beds and a beautiful bathroom with whirlpool, shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a washing machine availabel.

cozy little house

We had our honeymoon in the house and it was great. The beds were comfy and the house was well furnished. Contact with the owner was easy and he was very nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the fridge freezer is big. We did not need the washing machine but it was nice that there was one. You need bikes or be good on foot to get to the beach but bikes come with the house. We would book again.

Five day stay, very peaceful, except for the cars that speed behind the property. Nice size dining area and tv room to relax. Used jetted tub to relax. Comfortable beds I would suggest that the heat be regulated better when outside temperature is colder, we were cold at night. Also every morning we found many small ants called owner who came to d as pray vinegar on them. Still had them along the base boatd

Nice house, convenient location

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the property, which is in a great location to explore The Hague, Leiden & the Keukenhof amongst other places. It is clean, as described & on a peaceful holiday home site of similar houses. Good communication from the owner. A few suggestions : basics, such as hand soap and a hairdryer would be an improvement. If towels were provided, including bath mat, this would be more convenient & indeed more usually provided in our experience. A nice touch would be for there to be a few basics, such as milk, sugar in the kitchen. Overall a good place though!though. usuallyuarehand soap

Die Lage des Objekts war für uns perfekt. Direkt hinter den Dünen gelegen war der Strand sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit dem Fahrrad, schnell zu erreichen. Der nächste Ort, Noordwijkerhout, mit verschiedenen Lebensmittelläden ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto enfernt. Auch Noordwijk mit seiner langen Strandpromenade ist in dieser Zeit zu erreichen. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Terrasse und Garten zum Sitzen und spielen perfekt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche in diesem Häuschen sehr angenehm empfunden - vom Check-In über die Internetpräsentation bis zum sehr netten und zuverlässigen Kontakt zum Eigentümer André de Ridder. Auch die Lage fanden wir ideal - angenehm ruhig und schön zum Wohnen, nah am Meer und perfekt gelegen, um sich Städte wie Amsterdam, Den Haag, Haarlem, Leiden etc. anzuschauen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Prima huisje, best centraal gelegen. Rook muf bij binnenkomst, was beter na flink luchten. Geen huisje om een week binnen te zitten. Maar de omgeving is daar ook veel te mooi voor! Fijn met de fietsen naar Noordwijk en Noordwijkerhout geweest, dichtbij wandelpaden, duinen en strand.

Alles in Ordnung.

Die Wohnung war in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Es war alles selbsterklärend zu benutzen, egal ob TV, WaschTrocknerKombigerät, Geschirrspüler oder der Backofen. Der eingezäunte Garten war super. Die Lage ist super, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Mit einem Kinderwagen kommt man jedoch nur schwer direkt zum Strand, ein Schieben durch die Dünen lässt sich kaum vermeiden :) Mit Fahrrädern ist es deutlich angenehmer. Wir waren gerne dort.

Das Haus war sauber und alles bei unserer Ankunft vorbereitet. Wir konnten sogar schon 2 Stunden vorher das Haus beziehen. Alles hat funktioniert. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super und sehr freundlich. Immer wieder.

Hält nicht was das Inserat verspricht

Noordwijk und Umgebung hat uns wie schon sooft gut gefallen, nur das Haus ist eine Herausforderung. Die Fotos im Inserat haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Das Haus ist abgewohnt, die Einrichtung bis auf die Küche in einem schlechten, unsauberen Zustand. Es fehlt an genügend Geschirr, Besteck und alltagstauglichen Küchenutensilien. Der Backofen ist eine Herausforderung, ohne die Erläuterung des Vermieters, hätte wir diesen nicht nutzen können. Bad und Gäste-WC hatten Defekte. Die Dusche rutschte andauernd nach unten, der Siphon des Waschbeckens verschloss sich, ohne das man diesen wieder öffnen konnte. Im Gäste-WC drehte sich der Wasserhahn um seine eigene Achse. Die Kokosmatte im Eingang ist eine gefährliche Stolperfalle, das Sofa ist voller Flecken und lädt nicht zum Sitzen ein.Die Wände sind beschmiert und hätten einen Anstrich verdient. Bevor man seine Sachen in die Kleiderschränke legt, bitte erst selber säubern!!!! Kurz gesagt, wir wären umgezogen, hätten wir mit unseren Enkelkindern und 2 Hunden eine Ersatzunterkunft bekommen. Der Urlauber hat hier das Gefühl der Abzocke. Wir haben Herrn de Ridder diese Mängel mitgeteilt.

Tulpenfestival, Strand und Sightseeing

Von Anfang an eine tolle Wahl. Ständige Kommunikation von Seitens des Anbieters haben den Aufenthalt von Beginn an reibungslos gestaltet. Es war sauber und alle Gegenstände vorhanden die man braucht. Fahrräder werden regelmäßig vom Anbieter gewartet. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Areal von dem aus man binnen 20-30 Minuten den Strand erreichen kann. Durch Verfügung der Fahrräder natürlich auch schneller. Das vor dem Strand liegende Waldgebiet verschafft einem eine schöne Möglichkeit Ruhe zu tanken. Wege für Spaziergänger, Fahrradfahrer und Reiter sind getrennt, wodurch man sich nicht in die Quere kommt. Viele Städte sind von diesem Ort binnen einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen, wodurch sich auch ein längerer Aufenthalt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten bereichern lässt.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch sauber,( das Sofa müsste mal richtig gereinigt werden ). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, wir durften das Haus auch schon drei Stunden früher beziehen. Zum Strand sind wir meist gefahren, da der Weg doch etwas weiter ist. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen. M.R.

Ruhiges kleines Häuschen

Wir waren 4 Nächte im April im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist ansprechend eingerichtet. TV im Wohnzimmer, auch mit vielen deutschen Sendern. Schöne Küche mit großem Esstisch, allerdings der Backofen mit integrierter Mikrowelle war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Garten hat einen sehr schönen Sitzbereich und Gartenmöbeln, Rasen war lange nicht gemäht. Schlafzimmer mit großem Schrank, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen verkehrsberuhigten Zone und es ist herrlich ruhig. Vom Schlafzimmer Blick auf die Blumenfelder, wunderschön! Die Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt. Imbusschlüssel für die Änderung der Sattelhöhe war nicht zu finden. Tolle Gegend mit zahlreichen Ausflugszielen
