This apartment is through and very bright!

Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :
- two bedrooms with two double beds ;
- a functional bathroom ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day's walking.

You'll particularly appreciate its balcony and quiet location.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Fan, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, Hair dryer, Philips Senseo coffee machine with soft pods, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that there is an indoor parking lot in the residence. There are no assigned parking spaces.
You can use all of them (the nearest are just down the street, across the street and in Rue d'Eaubonne).

The apartment is close to many shops and subways.
You'll find a large "Carrefour" supermarket just a few minutes away for your everyday needs.

There are also many restaurants in the area.

Saint-Denis is a French commune bordering Paris, located to the north of the capital in the Seine-Saint-Denis département, of which it is the sub-prefecture, in the Île-de-France region. Seine-Saint-Denis has many tourist attractions. The Basilique Saint-Denis, the St-Ouen flea market, the Musée de l'air et de l'Espace and the Stade de France are emblematic sites visited by tourists from all over the world.
