## Logement
This apartment has been recently renovated. All rooms are tiled!

Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a living room with two convertible sofas.

You'll particularly appreciate its quiet location.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Oven, Microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that the double bed is on a platform. This is very practical, with plenty of storage space for travelers' belongings.

You'll be staying in a residence with a shared swimming pool (open from May to September, 10am to 8pm).

The city center is just 500 m away, so you can explore all the must-see sites.

All amenities are just a 5-minute walk away, including the beach, restaurants and shops, which are open all year round!

A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each guest.

La Grande Motte is a French commune in the Occitanie region. A seaside resort and marina, the town is known for its original architecture and pyramid-shaped buildings. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the town boasts the Couchant and Grand Travers beaches, a casino and a huge harbor. The Étang du Ponant is the perfect place to discover our friends the turtles, all in a verdant setting!
