8 Long Boat is a gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4 full & 2 half bath oceanfront home located in the award-winning Palmetto Dunes Resort. This one-of-a-kind home offers beautiful panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and is tastefully decorated with lots of beach accents.

Upon entering the spacious foyer, you head up a few stairs into the living room that is carpeted with vaulted ceilings, spectacular arched windows, lots of comfortable seating, and two entries to the tiered deck leading out to the pool. There are two blue sofas, two armchairs with ottomans, a fireplace, and a mounted 42” TV. The built-in bookshelves have books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. The dining room has blue striped wallpaper and a glass table with six Rattan backed chairs. This room opens to the fully equipped, large eat-in kitchen where there is a glass table with six chairs by the windows. The kitchen has two sinks, two ovens, miles of countertop, and a central island for easily navigating those big family dinners. There is also a connected laundry/mud room with a half bath.

Outside the main living area on the upper deck there are two chairs. The lower deck has a glass table for four then stairs leading down to the pool deck. The pool area has three lounge chairs, six chairs, a Char-Broil grill, outdoor shower, and a stone pathway to the beach boardwalk. There are privacy bushes in the backyard that helps to create your own piece of paradise.

Back inside to the right of the entrance are two of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has light-yellow walls, a queen bed, two accent chairs, and a 26” TV. The ensuite bath has a single granite vanity, a separate tub, and a walk-in shower. There is a ½ bathroom in the hall with a pedestal sink. Then at the end of the hall behind the French doors is the master suite. This room has a king size post bed, two coastal themed armchairs with ottomans, a walk-in closet, and a 30” TV. This room has private deck access with amazing ocean views. The private master bath has double granite vanities, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

On the next level is the 2nd master suite, also with private deck access and full ocean views. This room has a king bed, rocking chair, two armchairs, a 30” TV, and two separate walk-in closets. The private bathroom has double granite vanities, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. Down the hall are two guest bedrooms, both with twin beds and 20” TVs. The shared bath has two granite vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

But that’s not all…this floor also has a large loft area with a round glass table for four, two green armchairs, a blue striped queen sleeper sofa, a 26” TV and a sink. There is also a sitting area over by the glass door that has three chairs and opens onto yet another private deck.
