Gîte of 50 m² that can accommodate 4 people, located in the middle of the woods, on the edge of the river.

Location: 20 minutes from Désaigne (medieval village), 35 minutes from Lamastre and 25 minutes from Saint Agreve.

Single-storey cottage: living room with wood stove, equipped kitchen area (4 gas hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine), lounge area, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), sheets provided, shower room, 1 toilet.

Terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue and plancha.

100 metres from the cottage flows a 1st category river, swimming possible.

In the surrounding area: Le Chambon-sur-Lignon (all shops and services, 18-hole golf course, adventure course in the forest, outdoor sports resort, swimming pool), Devesset lake (sailing, pedal boats), Vivarais plateau and Haute-Ardèche. Désaigne medieval village. Swimming places in the river. La Dolce Via, tourist trains of the Ardèche

To be brought by car for the day: -Safari in the Peaugres park. -Mont Gerbier de jonc (source of the Loire) -Mont Mezenc. -Lake of Issarlés. -Crocodile farm. -Valrhona, visit of the city of chocolate.

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement en pleine nature. Il est propre et très bien équipé. Le cadre est très agréable.Le chemin pour y arriver n’était pas adapté à notre voiture très basse. Il y a une partie non goudronnée. La tranquillité se mérite !

Notre chien à été fortement mordu par le chien des propriétaires.( 2 Cicatrices à ce jour ) Trop de promiscuité avec le gîte des propriétaires.

Déçu que vous n'ayez retenu que cet incident pendant votre séjour. J'ai été très flexible avec vous. J'ai accepté que vous changiez vos dates d'arrivée et départ. Vous êtes même arrivés tard pour un accueil. Je pensais avec été très discrète pendant votre présence sur votre lieux de séjour....mais je vois que ça vous a dérangé. J'ai essayé de faire au mieux pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances, mais d'après votre lecture ce n'était pas le cas.... rien de positif en est ressorti. C'est bien dommage !
