Bright and spacious, with unobstructed views, the apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator). It comprises:
- Four bedrooms with three double beds, a cot and a single bed;
- Two functional bathrooms;
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- Living room with sofa bed;
- A free parking space and a shared garden.

This sunny, walk-through apartment is ideal for a family with children.

For your convenience, a wide range of equipment is available, including wifi, TV, microwave, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Italian coffee maker, electric oven, fan, raclette machine, toaster, gas hob, kettle, straightening iron, wrinkle remover, multi-function food processor, deep fryer, blender, mixer, juice extractor, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is ideally located in the hyper-center of Nantes, close to the Erdre River, the Île de Versailles, the Cathedral and the Talensac market, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It's close to the shops and the Talensac market, as well as the banks of the Erdre. You'll find everything within walking distance of this downtown district. Supermarkets, organic mini-markets, pharmacies, bakeries, pizzerias and takeaways are just 100 meters away.

Tramway stops (St Mihiel/Motte Rouge) on lines C1 (Chanzy) and C6 (Cambronne) are also nearby, as is the SNCF train station, a 15-minute walk away. A Bicloo station (bike rental) is also available nearby, on avenue Chanzy and place Waldeck Rousseau.
