The rooms were clean. The host was very helpful. The only issue which the host was not made aware of was the HOA put a new roof on while we were there and that was very annoying. I would recommend this place to anyone but especially to a golfer because it is on a golf course.

The condo was clean and very close to the beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed being very close to the pool and the later hours it was open. Enough space for us all to enjoy!

This was our first experience in renting a condo through Vrbo, and it was excellent because of the property manager. He responded quickly to every question I had before the visit. The condo was clean, and it suited our needs perfectly. Our only issue was navigating the stairs to the second floor, but that was not anything that could be helped.

We had a wonderful stay in Pawleys Island, and our condo was perfect for us and our two dogs. Very clean, very accessible to the beach, shops and restaurants - very pleasant setting near the golf course. Would highly recommend this condo!
