The very family-run house is located above Rech in Waldrandlage with views of the Saffenburg and the Recher Weinbergslagen.
We offer two comfortably furnished apartments with the comfort needed for a relaxing holiday in the Ahr valley.
Besides peace, the apartment offers a double bed of size 180 cm * 200 cm, a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, TV, telephone, bread service. The kitchen is extensively equipped. Towels and bed linen are provided. You can reach the train station (7), center (5) and restaurants (5) in a few minutes walk from us.
Start from here directly into the hiking landscape of the Ahr Valley and explore the Rotweinwanderweg, Ahrsteig and Nordic Walking Fitness Park. Even when cycling you can "let off steam" in the Ahr Valley. Take advantage of the exellent bike path along the Ahr. (Bicycles can be rented in the house)

Spend an unforgettable wellness day at the nearby Ahr Resort in Bad Neuenahr.
The apartments invite you to linger on your outdoor terraces. If there is bad weather again and again, you are well supplied with everything in your 30 m² "Reich". In the living-dinette is a flat-TV with every program is fulfilled. In the kitchen you will have the opportunity to prepare your meals. There is a microwave oven with integrated grill and a stove with 4 burners available. In addition, you will find a toaster, a coffee maker and a hot water kettle. The necessary cookware is also available. The fridge has a freezer compartment where you can store frozen food. The extractor hood transports your cooking odors directly to the "fresh" air. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cubicle, sink, toilet and hair dryer. The peace and quiet that you will find here will make you experience the most beautiful dreams at night. Sehr netter Gastgeber! Check In & Kommunikation waren einwandfrei, die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Alles war sehr sauber und man kann direkt von der Unterkunft los wandern - insbesondere mit Hund ideal. Brötchen-Service am Morgen und tägliche Leckerlis für den Hund waren ein echtes Highlight. Für eine Reise ins Ahrtal auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Wir haben eine entspannte und erholsame Woche in einer gemütlichen Wohnung bei ausgesprochen freundlichen und offenen Gastgebern genossen! Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Vom Ausblick über die bequemen Betten bis zur ruhigen Lage kann man wirklich nicht meckern - lediglich ein modernerer Herd wäre schön. Zudem ist die Wohnung der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im schönen Ahrtal bis hin zum Rhein. Wir sagen DANKE und kommen bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, deshalb waren wir auch im Abstand von vier Wochen wieder bei Ihnen. Es ist ein herrlicher Platz. Für einen Kurzurlaub mit zwei Personen ideal. Das Apartment ist hübsch, gut organisiert und die Matratzen sehr gut, sodass einem guten Schlaf nichts m Wege steht. Die dazu gehörige Terrasse bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Saffenburg und die Weinberge. Außerdem gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten zu wandern und einzukehren. Wir sind von diesem Ort einfach begeistert.

Wir haben mit Freunden, die beiden Ferienwohnung für ein WE gemietet. Netter Erstkontakt mit den Eheleuten Pollig. Super saubere und sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen. Hierzu noch Brötchen und Eierservice, was möchte man mehr. Jederzeit würden wir die Wohnungen wieder mieten. Also lieben Gruß bis zum nächsten Jahr, den Termin teilen wir noch mit.

Wir sind jetzt schon im dritten Jahr bei Pollig's. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Es fehlt an nichts. Brötchenservice, sogar sonntags! Die frischen Eier, die von Fam. Pollig kostenlos dazu gegeben werden. Was will man mehr. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Die Familie Pollig sind eine super nette Familie. Im Übrigen kann man hier auch wunderbar länger als nur einen Kurzurlaub verbringen.
