This newly remodeled ocean front 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is on the top floor of a 4 story building which affords you the best views of both Brigantine Beach and the Atlantic City skyline. The building has a key-secure elevator, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and 2 parking spaces. This spacious (1340sq ft) centrally air-conditioned ocean-front condo with loft and balcony sleeps 5 and offers spectacular views of the dunes, ocean and the Atlantic City skyline from your bedroom or anywhere in the living area. Enjoy morning coffee or cocktails watching the waves roll in and listening to the birds. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and bath with jacuzzi. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a small loft that can accommodate one (1) child for sleeping. The living room has plenty of comfy seating and TV/DVD/VCR/Cable, Wireless Internet, and Stereo System/CD Player. The dining room seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped including everything you may possibly need. Every amenity is included.

First time visiting Brigantine and this condo was perfect. Well maintained, clean, beautifully decorated and a great view from the large balcony. Communication with the owner was superb. Extremely pleased with this property an would return here again.

Great location!

Check in an communication with owners and property manager was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed - towels, patio furniture, and kitchen items.We loved the close access to the beach and parking was a breeze! I hope we get to return!

We had a amazing time in Brigantine. Quiet little town yet so close to all the boardwalks. The condo has a amazing ocean view. We spent our last week together as a family before driving our daughter to college. We enjoyed every minute of it. The owner Chuck and his wife Gail were amazing to us. So helpful. I would recommend this place for sure!

Great condo, great location!

We Spent two weeks in this lovely condo with ocean views. The first week, our niece and nephew-in-law and their 9 year old daughter stayed with us. The second week my girlfriend and adult daughter stayed with us. Perfect location and relaxing on the patio with ocean views was wonderful! The condo was very clean and Tiffany was a great property manager-always available and helpful. Just a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this beautiful beach location. The condo was clean, bright, and better than we could have hoped. The owners filled us in on all the necessary details of the condo and surrounding area. The owners were fantastic. I would definitely consider renting again.

I would have given this 6 stars if it had been available

My husband and I are veteran renters. We generally try to find a property as close to the beach as possible but our budget is limited. This was by far the best experience we have had. Chuck and Gail are exceptional hosts, not to mention lovely people. They met us at the condo, helped us move in, and made sure we knew where everything was, and how everything worked. They gave us much needed advice on where to eat, grocery and pharmacy locations. Since this was our first time in the area this saved us a great deal of time. The condo was immaculate and exactly as described. Two bedrooms and two full baths allowed us to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen was an added plus because we both like to cook and don’t like eating out every night. The deck looks out over the dunes to the ocean and we felt the stress melting away almost immediately. Our week went by much too fast and I hope to be renting from them again in the near future. The only advice I would give would be renters it to bring your bathing suit, your suntan lotion and beach chairs and umbrella as these were the only things that were not provided. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a stress free vacation close enough to AC to enjoy a show or exceptional dining, and close enough to the beach to literally fall out of bed and onto the beach.

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed during our stay. The view from the balcony was the best ever. The breeze and no bugs made sitting outside a great pleasure. We could relax and listen to the ocean in the evenings. Chuck and Gail are amazing folks. They treated us like old friends. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and were available if needed. Highly recommend!

The owners, Chuck and Gail met us in the garage and helped bring stuff up to the condo. They were very welcoming and walked us all around the condo explaining everything. Wonderful Place!

My 16 year old daughter and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. The condo has every amenity, a great view, lovely furninshings and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The owners are extremely helpful and are absolutely available if you need them. The area is quiet and the beach is lovely. We saw red foxes roaming the beach at sunset and dawn. My daughter loved taking surfing lessons right on the beach and Atlantic City is very close for outlet shopping or entertainment. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back.

I'm Coming Back Next Year

My husband and I loved this condo! The owners were lovely and very accomodating. The condo was so well equipped down to shampoo and conditioner. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the ocean roll in. The stress just melted away! It was the perfect vacation spot - private yet close to the casinos and the action of AC. We're hoping to return next year in June or July.
