This stay was amazing! The property is gorgeous, well maintained, exactly as described and it was super cutely decorated for Christmas! I was so surprised and happy when I saw that, the extra details really helped us enjoy our stay even more that we cannot wait until we book again! Very clean and all you need to enjoy a beautiful stay in that area. Highly recommend!

Really nice house for a family get together. Beautiful kitchen with all the utensils and accessories. Decorated so cute. Hot tub was very nice. Very fun game room on first level. Thank you to the White family.

The house is extremely beautiful and located in a great area of Chester. However; the hosts are extremely unprofessional. They made comments about how the neighbors were watching and reporting back to them and how Chester is a small town. We had booked the house for the weekend we were getting married down in Susanville, we booked the house for 8 people but actually only had 6 stay at the house but we did have some family over to help make appetizers for the wedding the next day. Sherri called and accused us of having a party and that is where she said the neighbors had been calling her, there was no loud music and our family was there helping us for less than 2 hours. She acknowledged there was no music but they were upset about the amount of cars parked outside, which is ironic considering they market lots of parking in their ad. When all of this was explained to her, her and her husband yelled at me on the phone saying that no more then 8 people could enter the house and I informed them that only 6 people were staying in the house and they said that was not the point and you could not have more then who was on the reservation enter the house, and referenced an agreement that we never received or signed due to a glitch in their system. I asked them how they would like me to remedy their frustrations and they continued to yell at me on the phone and told me I was the most disrespectful guest they have had at their home and then hung up on me. Would not recommend staying here

Cabin is beautiful and clean, located in a quiet neighborhood with other beautiful homes. Hosts were easy to communicate with, very friendly and personable. We have two son’s ages 9 and 11, they loved the game room and hot tub. We would stay here again and highly recommend .

We purchased this property to come enjoy with our family & friends and know you will love it too. It is super cozy to snuggle on the couch and watch movies, you can walk out the front door and find nearby trails for a little hike, and close enough to walk to the local shops for some coffee & a muffin.

Why they chose this property

We have all the comforts of home including a washer & dryer, smart TV’s, stereo system, an open floor plan, and a cozy hang out place out back. We are also centrally located to all the nearby lakes and hiking trails.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to hiking trails and a local coffee shop. Bring all your toys (side by side/snow machines) we are located next to BLM land with lots of fire roads and trails.
