New Electric Pool heater. Two completely new AC units 3/21. Above Ground Spa, New Roof January 2020.All New Windows replaced 2016. 2 year old water heater. Iron Entry Security Door. Granite counters in kitchen with stainless steel appliances Wood Burning fireplace in Family Room Great Backyard with huge grass area, currently artificial grass in backyard and also front yard. There is no carpeting in this house. Travertine and Wood floors throughout. Wood stairs. Backyard Built in BBQ and wine and beverage refrigerator.

Location location location!!

We spent 10 days here and it was great for our needs. So close to everything, especially the Mayo Clinic where we had appointments daily. Shopping and wonderful restaurants were quite close by with many to choose from. The house was comfortable and pleasant. It could have a couple cooking pots tho. I had to boil pasta in the frying pan. Lol.
