This is our 4th time here, as it is only a mile from our kids house. Even without that this would be a great place, always very clean, well laid out, beautiful fenced , treed back yard, great for relaxing after a busy day. Nice kitchen with lots of utensils, dishes, Kuerig. Plenty of room to spread out

Perfect place

We rented this place for our son so he could take time to get to know the area before starting school. The house was a perfect spot for all of us to gather, and for him to stay while searching for housing. Property Manager was a good communicator, we are appreciative for all her help

Exactly what we were looking for

We found a ton of value in the property. We were attending an event on Boise State campus which was about 20-25 minutes away. For the the price we paid, it was worth the little extra drive. The house fit our family perfectly and it was a cute neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
