Your holiday home in Nieuwvliet-Bad
The house is in the holiday park St. Pierre - just a stone's throw away from one of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in the Netherlands.
The house was completely renovated in 2015 and lovingly furnished with great care.
Ground floor:
The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable leather seating area, 48-inch satellite TV, DVD player and dining area, free WiFi.

The also new kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. In an adjoining room: combi microwave, washing machine, dryer. The bathroom has a shower and sink, separate toilet.

A staircase leads to the two bedrooms with box spring beds and the walk-in closet. The south-east facing garden is entered through a large sliding door.

The extensive beach, which has been awarded the 'Blue Flag' for cleanliness, can be reached in three minutes on foot.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Top-Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in Nieuwvliet-Bad verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist top renoviert und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und komplett. Die Lage ist toll, direkt hinter dem Deich. Der Vermieter war prompt erreichbar und hat sich sehr engagiert darum gekümmert, ein technisches Problem zu lösen.

Erholsamer Herbstrurlaub

Alles gut vorgefunden. Flexible, unkomplizierte Hausübergabe. Sichtgeschützter Garten. Kleine Toilette und separate Dusche (Türen etwas unpraktisch ausgerichtet; nach dem Duschen ist der Badboden vor der Dusche nass, was die weitere Nutzung umständlich macht; ggf. fehlt ein Bodenabzieher). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der angrenzende Hauswirtschaftsraum (inkl. Waschmaschine, Trockner) sehr nützlich. Schöne Aussicht ins Grüne von den Schlafzimmern aus. Bäcker vor der Tür. Kurzer Fußweg an den Strand.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Sehr gute Matratzen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. In 10 Minuten am wunderschönen Strand. Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur schade, dass man die eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen musste und diese nicht mitbuchen konnte. Ansonsten: absolut zu empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht.

Ja, es mag zunächst befremdlich wirken, dass man Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen muss, aber so schlimm ist es ja gar nicht. Dafür gibt es eine moderne Waschmaschine und Trockner und man kann sooft Wäsche wechseln wie man möchte.Die Umgebung ist ruhig und perfekt in Strandnähe, Fahrräder mitzubringen ist sicher eine gute Idee.

Entspannter Urlaub

Sehr gute Lage: viel Grün drumherum, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, Geschäft mit leckeren Backwaren nahe dabei, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ferienwohnung sauber, zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit kleinem Garten, der von außen nicht einsehbar ist. Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit. Wir (2 Personen) haben zwei sehr angenehme und erholsame Wochen dort verbracht.
