Leave the hustle and bustle behind and enjoy a serene country getaway! Sip coffee on the front porch or relax on the screened-in back porch — no mosquitos, just peace and quiet. Our pet-friendly home has space for dogs, a Level 2 EV charger, and just 10 minutes from Round Top, home to the nation’s largest antique fair and 5 minutes from Diamond Oaks Ranch. Close to Festival Institute's year-round concerts and film festival. Come relax and explore — we can’t wait to host you!

Our place has 2 queen beds, 2 baths, and a full kitchen with a Keurig. You can cook, grill outside, or just relax on the screened-in patio while taking in the serene countryside. Simple, comfortable, and easy — everything you need for a restful Round Top stay.

Pet Policy
We love welcoming dogs! Guests may bring up to two dogs per stay for a flat fee of $50. Please let us know about your pets in advance so we can note them on your reservation.

Just like when you’re traveling with young children, we ask that you stick to a few common-sense rules:
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
- Dogs should not be left unattended in the home.
- Please bring your own bowls and supplies for your pet.
- Kindly clean up after your dog — both indoors and outdoors.

If an unreported pet is discovered or rules are not followed, a $200 fee will apply and your stay may be ended without refund.

We were so delighted to see the beautiful house we were staying at as we pulled onto the road! Inside was lovely! We were close to the antiquing, which was perfect. We only stayed overnight, but we treated it like it was our home!

Everything was perfect, but the concrete floor was dirty throughout the house. I know that is not the hosts fault, but probably need to take that up with the cleaning company.

The Top was great! My family of 3 and 2 pets (a cat and dog) were warmly welcomed by the host. Tons of space for us, and we loved the open space of the home and the outdoor property. The screened-in patio was especially enjoyed by the cat. Everything was clean, and there were extra pet supplies and treats for the pup! Awesome, awesome place for a countryside Christmas! Would’ve stayed longer if we could.

This is one of the best VRBOs that we've stayed in. House is clean, modern, well appointed, and spacious. It is a bit out in the country so walks are great. Property manager was great staying in touch with us before and during our stay. I did not do any cooking but kitchen looked to be well stocked and with nice dishes and utensils. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom is en-suite and also has a huge walk in closet with a vanity. It is a quick drive to Round Top and surrounding towns. We purposely went when the Market was not on but if you are looking for shopping, almost nothing was open. Either bring food, etc from home or stop on your way as nearest grocery store is in neighboring town. Would definitely recommend this listing!

Farmhouse Charm- spring time in Texas

This was a great place for to stay with a dear friend for girl time during Round Top's annual antique fair. The home is so warm and well-appointed, comfortable bedding, great back porch, and - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. Close to Round Top, peaceful property and beautiful home! We loved our stay here. We didn’t know everything in town is closed Monday through Wednesday, which is when we stayed. But luckily, the house was so nice we enjoyed ourselves regardless! We will be back!

Adorable property/ Clean/ Great location

We absolutely loved this property. The property is even better than the pictures. It was clean and comfy. The decor was great. Great for a weekend getaway in the country but close to Roundtop with great shopping and wonderful restaurants. My family had a wonderful time. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Take a long walk down the road to see the beautiful countryside.

Decorum in Round Top

Our family all met at this house to exchange gifts for Christmas since we are all over Texas. This is the cutest, cozy house! Both quaint and refined in the interior decor, making it quite the treat. Unbelievably clean, stocked with everything you need and an enjoyable screened in patio to enjoy some quit time. The host was responsive and fantastic. A+ customer service with the booking and didn't miss a beat with Christmas decorations to boot.
