The holiday apartment 'FLORA' is located on the upper floor of a two-family house. The landlords live on the ground floor, a German-Greek family. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the house and can be reached via a path through a beautifully landscaped garden. There is a nice sitting area in the garden. The entrance is completely separated from the landlord's flat. The apartment has two bedrooms, one full and one shower room each with toilet and a spacious living room with dining area and open access to the fully equipped kitchen. In front of the balcony (about 50 square meters, partly covered) with beautiful sea views. It is a magical place to eat, lie and watch. You will enjoy the stunning sea views over the entire, about 7 km long bay of Roda to Almiros and in the background the Albanian mountains.

Zomervakantie met gezin met kids van 18 en 16 jaar

De locatie is nog mooier en beter gelegen dan verwacht. Het uitzicht vanaf het zeer ruime balkon is fenomenaal! Op 15 minuten lopen is een prachtig strand. Stukje kiezels en daarna zacht zand. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken én meer voorzien! Perfecte locatie voor onze samenstelling!

Oliven und das Meer

Das war unser zweiten Aufenthalt auf Korfu innerhalb eines eines halben Jahres. Und mit dieser Wohnung war unser Urlaub wieder ein Volltreffer. Unglaublicher Panoramablick von der Terrasse, über die Olivenbäume und das Meer bis rüber nach Albanien. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und die Gastgeberin Ursula wirklich herzlich freundlich. Für unsere nächste Reise nach Korfu steht diese Wohnung oben auf der Wunschliste.

Super Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir haben eine tolle entspannte Urlaubswoche verbracht. Die Vermieterin, Ursula, war immer für uns da mit Tips zu tollen Stränden und super ursprünglichen Tavernen. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten und an Inventar war alles vorhanden,was man benötigt. Der Norden von Korfu ist einfach nur schön, sehr grün, vielfältige Vegetation. Wir würden immer wieder in die Wohnung einchecken. Ursula danke für alles.

Appartement incroyable

Accueille fantastique par Ursula. Pleine de conseil pour restaurant et sortie. Magnifique “maison sur le toit” avec une vue incroyable et des couchers de soleil fantastiques. Nous étions là lors des incendies de Corfou 2023. Ursula a su nous rassurer malgré un premier épisode d’incendie majeur depuis 25 ans pour elle. Plein de plages sauvages à proximité.

A lovely, comfortable apartment with one of the best views in Corfu!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment, apartment Flora, for two weeks in July 2018. It is a spacious, comfortable apartment, situated above the owners' accommodation, but completely private and separate from it. The apartment is located in a large,quiet, peaceful, terraced garden in an olive grove in the hills on the western edge of the popular resort of Acharavi, and within a few minutes drive of the holiday resort of Roda. Although there are a few other houses in the larger area, our accommodation was completely private and not overlooked, screened by the many olive trees and shrubs in the landscaped garden. The apartment has a large lounge/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a separate shower room with w.c. and wash basin. There is a wide L-shaped balcony to front and side, with absolutely stunning views of Acharavi and Roda, Almiros, the olive groves, the sea, and the Albanian mountains beyond. We spent lots of time drinking some wine, eating some nuts and olives, and just admiring the view, and watching the yachts and windsurfers...don't forget your binoculars! (although there was a tripod-mounted telescope in the lounge for checking out the passing ferries etc). There is plenty of room on the balcony for al fresco dining; in fact, a large dining table and chairs are provided, and a few easy chairs, round tables, and sun loungers are also available. The balcony can be accessed from both the lounge and the main bedroom. The whole apartment has what, for us, was the major benefit of very effective fly screens to all the major doors and windows, so you're not troubled by flying insects. As far as I'm concerned, there's not much worse than laying in bed and hearing that high-pitched whine of a mosquito targeting your ear; well, here it didn't happen! The apartment has its own private access and front entrance door, separate from the owner's accommodation. Outside the front door is a secluded, private patio area, with table and chairs, and shaded by shrubs, a great place to sit and read a book and drink some (more!) wine, as a change from the balcony. The owners themselves, Ursula and Spiros, were very friendly and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We'd recommend this apartment for an enjoyable stay, without hesitation. We will be back!
