A very cozy house in a quiet holiday village Kobylocha, 10 km from the historic town of Szczytno and 30 km from Olsztyn. The house is only 50 m from the Sasek-Wielki lake and is surrounded by forests, where you can either spend an active or a cozy family vacation. In the area you can also rent rowing boats, bicycles, water bicycles. It is a perfect holiday destination for everyone as you can go hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling or just lazing around.

The house has two bedrooms (each with three beds) on the first floor, a living room with a large dining table and 6 chairs, sofa and sofa bed, wood-burning fireplace, wardrobe and coffee table. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house has a large, covered terrace, a small balcony with a coffee table on the first floor and a small garden where you can use an outdoor grill if you feel like it. Of course, you can also sit and lie down outside (garden furniture is available). The property is fenced and has 3 car parking spaces.
