Welcome to our secluded mansion, perched amid the lush hills of Blaine, Kentucky—a hidden gem where nature’s beauty and tranquility unite for an unforgettable retreat. As you wind through the scenic countryside to reach us, you’ll find yourself immersed in breathtaking vistas that gently ease you into vacation mode.
Here, life slows down, and simple pleasures take center stage. Because of our remote setting, we recommend gathering your favorite supplies before arrival. You’ll find small local markets just 5–10 minutes away, with larger grocery stores in Paintsville, about a 30-minute drive.
A picturesque, gated driveway—nearly a mile long—escorts you through rolling hills to an elevation of 800 feet. Along this awe-inspiring approach, every curve reveals more of the stunning landscape, culminating in the grand reveal of our custom-built mansion. In snowy months, we do recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle to reach the summit safely.
When you arrive, step out and soak in the panoramic views that stretch to the horizon. It’s like camping on a mountaintop—with the added luxury of a 6,000-square-foot estate all to yourself.
Inside, a welcoming foyer leads you to the main floor, where you’ll find a cozy bedroom, a full bathroom, and a handy laundry room. Gather in the spacious living room or whip up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen and dining area. You’ll also enjoy direct access to our indoor heated pool—an oasis for year-round relaxation.
Head upstairs to discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a lavish master suite with its own en-suite bathroom, plus another full bath. Note that the third-floor bedroom is accessible via one of the second-floor rooms—adding a touch of uniqueness to the layout. Downstairs in the basement, two more bedrooms, another full bath, and a generous game room/living space await, perfect for group fun or quiet downtime.
In total, our home features seven inviting bedrooms and five full bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. After a day exploring the estate’s 200 acres of trails, unwind in the hot tub or dip into the pool to soothe your muscles and mind. While some trails are a work in progress, the sweeping ridges and rugged terrain reward explorers with stunning views—please keep children close by and exercise caution on more challenging paths.
Nature’s splendor here comes with its own risks, but we hope you’ll find the rewards well worth it. Whether you’re chasing adventure, tranquility, or a bit of both, this retreat invites you to savor each moment from dawn’s light to twilight’s glow.
Additional Details:
• ATV/UTV Policy: Guests bringing ATVs or UTVs must sign a waiver. By booking, you agree to this policy and accept responsibility for making sure every rider in your party signs the waiver. Please stay on designated trails.
• Winter Travel: Roads and the driveway won’t be serviced in snowy conditions, so a four-wheel-drive vehicle is necessary if snow is forecasted.

• Hot Tub: While we strive to maintain our hot tub, unexpected repairs can sometimes occur; therefore, availability cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time.
• Parties & Events: We do not allow parties or similar gatherings. This policy maintains the comfort and security of our guests and preserves the peace of our community.
• No Pets or Weapons: Both are strictly prohibited on the property.
• Noise Curfew: All outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM.
