Thank you for your kind review. What became clear to me on Monday and none of us knew this except the other tenant was that there is a sinkhole in the parking space and that's why he was parked in two places! thank you for your patience.

Great space and very clean. It was very nice to have reserved parking. Bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper - train is within 100 yards and runs through the night. Listing is correct about the stairs - there are many. Rod was very responsive when we had questions. Fully furnished kitchen. Plenty of bath linens. It was a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay at Rod’s lovely condo! From the minute we made our reservation, Our host Rod was in constant communication. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great place!

Rod runs a tight ship in this spacious, two-bedroom condo on the second floor of an older downtown building. There aren’t many places to stay in New Castle and this one is nice, comfortable, quiet, well kept and centrally located. The only potential drawback for some guests might be the 25 steps up the stairway from the parking area.
