Casa Crucero feels like being on a cruise ship overlooking the canopy and then touching the Pacific Ocean. Casa Crucero has 4 bedroom en suite, four and half bath it is located in a private gated community surrounded by a luscious tropical garden. The community is brand new, construction is also new. The community is gated and secured. The location of Casa Crucero is only 700 meters away from the beach and 500 meters from all amenities Tamarindo has to offer. Easy walk among the trees and howler monkeys.

Casa Crucero is fully equipped and fully furnished, with dishwasher, laundry room, A/C units, ceiling fans, hot water, pool table, BBQ grill, Fiber optic, cable ready and more… the 4 bedrooms EN SUITE with queen beds and all have its own private terrace and outdoor shower, one with a bathtub. The pool table is there to enjoy facing the large covered terrace/rancho anytime of the year facing the infinity pool (8m x 4m and 1,60 m deep progressively), you’ll find garden chairs, lounge chairs, back yard is fenced and all surrounded by plants to give the house more privacy, the large roof terrace (108m2) on the top floor that you access by stairs with outside living room will offer views of the sunset. The main ground floor has a large kitchen, a living room, a pool table and one bedroom. The lower floor is accessible going down the stairs has one bedroom with queen bed and outside bathroom with bathtub. The second floor has 2 bedroom with each one outside bathroom and the stairs to access the roof top terrace. Please note that there is room to expend by closing the roof top and add an extra room.

Family Vacation

This property suited our needs for our family of 7. Pool is amazing and location was great. Claudia helped us with shuttles and golf cart rentals before we arrived so we could enjoy every minute of our time in wonderful Costa Rica. Pura Vida!
