The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. BAL BAD 006 (10 P) is located in the attic. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

All windows and exterior doors are secured with fly screens. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
