Good location the only thing is that you need to walk a good 15 minutes to rent chairs and umbrella The building only has by the building for owners The guest need to walk to rent

Great spot for a business stay

I had a conference at the nearby Diplomat Resort, but did not want to stay at the hotel. I chose this condo instead, and so glad I did. It was very convenient for me, just a 7 minute walk to the Diplomat. The actual condo was fantastic. Very clean and bright. It was great to have a nice bedroom, living room, kitchen, and big bathroom. The property overall was even better. I got some work done out by the pool a few days. I definitely enjoyed having a coffee bar in the lobby, and the restaurant on the 7th floor. The food was great. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the beach much, but I did walk right out to it for a little stroll. So convenient to be right there. I would definitely stay at this place again, and highly recommend for a business trip, or even a couples getaway.

Things to know about our VRBO stay with this host

My wife and I are not one to write negative reviews, however we did want to share our experience with this particular VRBO host. Overall, the location is great. It is in a nice area (although loud which is expected in this busy area) it was easily walking distant/biking distance from the Hollywood boardwalk which has many shops and restaurants as well as a Walmart near by. It is also sandwiched between Miami and Fort Lauderdale for day trips. We are very aware that things happen, however about 4 days before our trip Oleksii reached out that he had double booked our first night and that we needed to find a hotel or we could cancel our trip. So last minute we ended up spending double what we would have for the night at the VRBO on a hotel with no accommodation on his part, or offering anything for his mistake. Typically when it is a hosts mistake they cover a day for you. Then, we were messaged by him that we could check into our place at 3:00pm. When arriving to our resort we were told we could not check in until 4:00pm. We ended up walking to Walmart to grab food and when heading up to our room around 4:05pm the cleaning staff was still in our room (it was incredibly filthy, with trash everywhere, dirt on the floors, etc.). Even after leaving the apartment did not feel clean and there was hair on the floor and dirt on the kitchen counters (we even left to make sure we stayed out of her way). We also wanted to note that the balcony doors do not lock. This unit is on the 16th floor so the likely of something happening is minimal, however if someone was traveling with a young child it would be a major safety concern to not be able to lock your doors with a balcony. Although it is not mandatory, I have never stayed at a location that did not provide the bare necessities (enough towels, dish soap, kitchen hand towels, laundry detergent). For our stay we were given one pack of laundry detergent, one dishwasher tablet, one roll of paper towel, one roll of toilet paper, one garbage bag, and two bath towels. We did ask and were given an extra roll of toilet paper, however when reaching out about the towels he said we had a washer and dryer. When staying at a location for a week and only given two bath towels I would expect to be given a normal gallon a washing detergent to be able to do so and more than one tablet to put in the dishwasher. Overall the location is wonderful, however we will not be staying with this host again.
