This quaint retreat offers cozy appeal for both the business an leisure travelers. While situated in a quiet, mature neighborhood close to the university, shopping, dining, downtown hideaways, and great tourist attractions; it's also in walking distance of the seasonal Mardi Gras parade. The house comfortably sleeps 6 (2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a queen-size sofa-sleeper.) A back patio is available for relaxing and entertaining. A washer, dryer and other household amenities are provided.

Our 2nd stay at this house in 2023. Sadly disappointed in cleanliness throughout the place. Very dusty!!! plus we couldn’t even use the laundry as the washing machine had considerable amount of mold in it!!! It’s not a good fit for anyone, especially when allergies & copd are present

Close to Everything

This rental is right in the heart of Thibodaux and convenient to everything. It was a great escape to the hot Louisiana days. We will definitely look to stay here again.
