I was never able to check in. I was never given to check in information. I texted the assigned person six times then I email him three times and never got information. Had to pay twice the rates at other hotels in Paris due to low room availability around New Year's Eve one night in a South Paris hotel and one night in a North Paris Hotel due to low room availability
