The condominium features two bedrooms, each with a Queen & Twin bed, and comfortably accommodates and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a private bathroom along with a walk in closet. The queen beds are extremely comfortable. The condo is newly decorated and furnished with 2 televisions, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. Both Televisions have the ability to record your favorite shows and the condo offers free WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped, you won’t have to bring anything with you. If you want to clarify whether we have something specific, just send us a note. We also offer the use of a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a spacious balcony with a walk out from the living/dining room where you can see the evening sunsets. There is an abundance of hiking trails in the area and public golf courses. Upon entry through the garage you will find a golf storage closet to house your clubs. Our guest binder will offer you information about the area, including Arrowhead Mall, grocery stores and shopping, which are all within close proximity. When you book, you will receive a Booking Confirmation from the Owner, confirming your dates and price, along with the rental rules for our community. Once you have paid in full, you will receive a Rental Contract, which you will bring with you on your trip as it will provide you with all the information related to accessing the property.
