The space
The picture doesn’t do it justice. You’ll feel spoiled as soon as you enter this mansion. High ceiling with lots of windows to let natural light in. You can watch golf players while you’re cooking in the kitchen or at 2nd floor entertainment lounge. The Owner has thoroughly furnished and equipped this large home. You can find everything in the kitchen you need to cook a large family meal as well as find lot of interesting books to read and relax by the sparkling pool side. You’ll never get bored during your stay. There are tons of movies that you’ll be able to find at the movie collection room. Feel need to stay in shape, there is a gym in the house that you can workout anytime. The large gourmet open kitchen with dining area is located at first floor face to the golf course, lake and pool. Formal dining room is adjacent to the gym. Spacious living room has lot of sitting area for your family to either read or watching TV. There is a bedroom with a bathroom on the first level. Laundry room is right next to garage. The lavish master bedroom has California King bed, walk in closet with a huge double sink bathroom is on 2nd floor alone with 3 other bedrooms with queen size beds. 1 full bathroom is centrally located in between the 3 bedrooms. The best of all, you’ll love the entertainment lounge room with a large patio that face to the golf course/ lake and pool with a 70” TV for you or your family to spend valuable time together. The large private backyard has BBQ grill, pool and fire pit to keep your family entertained.

Location, Location, Location!

This property is in a superb location. It is easy to get to Hwy. 101. The grocery store is extremely close. It has a kitchen with a large table, and another table in the dining room. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. The bedroom downstairs can also be used as a remote workstation. The house is spacious and comfortable for a large group. It was ideal for us.
