The dining area is perfect for gatherings, accommodating 8-10 guests around its table. The fully equipped kitchen stands ready to inspire your culinary creativity, ensuring you can whip up any meal you desire during your home away from home stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll discover a game room that includes a pool table, a comfy sofa, and an impressive 75-inch TV. Additionally, the main floor features a bunk room with four twin bunks, a convenient half bathroom, and a well-equipped laundry room.

Venture upstairs to explore three more bedrooms, offering various sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. There's another room with a king-size bed, and two more bedrooms each equipped with comfortable queen-size beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, providing ample space for everyone in your group.

Pool and spa can be heated for only $75 a night. Let us know at the time of booking if you would like to have it so we can invoice you separately. **please note we cannot guarantee pool heat until about April depending on the weather**

This home has a propane pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Propane pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees depending on the outside air temps. The spas and pools in Arizona are not plumbed separately unless the spa is a stand alone, therefore when spa heat is on pool heat is not. We are able to heat the pool to temp and then switch to spa heat during your use and then switch back to pool heat overnight.

**Only SPA heat is available during the winter months for $50 per night. POOL heat is not.**
