* Game Room: A dedicated entertainment space with a pool table, comfy sofa, and an impressive 75-inch TV.
* A convenient half bath and a laundry room are also located on the main floor.

**Sleeping Arrangements (5 Bedrooms):**
* Main Floor Bedroom: Bunk room with 4 twin beds.
* Upstairs Master Suite: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
* Upstairs Bedroom 2: King bed.
* Upstairs Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
* Upstairs Bedroom 4: Queen bed.
* A full bathroom is also located upstairs to serve the additional bedrooms.

* **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like this service so we can invoice you separately.

IMPORTANT: The property features a spa, not a traditional hot tub. The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time and operate on a timed system. Switching between the pool and spa may result in temporary temperature loss, especially during cooler weather.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

* **Noise Monitoring:** This home is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-compliant noise monitoring device, both inside and outside. It does not record conversations but simply monitors decibel levels to prevent disturbances.

* **Security Cameras:** For your safety and security, an exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing the entrance. There are also cameras facing the gates to the backyard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces.

Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community.
