Come enjoy this newly furnished and newly listed North Phoenix home; which offers everything your party may want or need. Casa Gamble sleeps up to 10 max guests in 2 King Bedrooms and 3 Queen Bedrooms. 4 bedrooms upstairs (including the Master) and 1 King Bedroom on the main level with no stairs. 1 full bath and a powder room on the 1st level. 2 more full baths on the 2nd level. 3 separate living areas for your group to spread out, including a kids room with games, video games, toys, game tables, etc... The beautiful outdoor area offers a covered patio with comfortable seating, natural gas fire pit, propane BBQ, optional Heated Pool*, Hot-Tub and MOUNTAIN and SUNSET VIEWS. Poker/Game/Billiards Table! You will find TV's in all 3 living rooms, as well as the master bedroom, downstairs bedroom and 1 other Queen room upstairs. Come enjoy everything Casa Gamble has to offer!!!

This North-Phoenix location is a great jumping point to visit Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon with quick access to I-17 Highway. The community features meandering walking paths found throughout the neighborhood for everyone to enjoy and experience the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. There are two centrally located parks. The main park features a large heated swimming pool and kiddie pool along with a playground. The other park features a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool and spa. It also offers a playground, grassy play area, sand volley ball court, tennis courts and a full court basketball area. Your kids will love it!

***The private pool IS able to be heated for an additional $400/week to 85 degrees. The Hot-Tub can be used at no cost. You can also use the community heated pools/spa just down the road!
***Sorry, NO PETS allowed
***Strict quiet hours after 10pm. Will need to bring it inside as to not bother any neighbors...

Very nice location with ver private backyard! Spacious interior, 3 living areas, large kitchen, spacious bedrooms. Nice outdoor seating areas, 3 to choose from plus a pool and hot tub; pool can be heated but doesn’t get very warm. Very nice furnishings throughout and very nice beds and mattresses! Close to highway, grocery stores and main conveniences.

Amazing home away from home!

Beautiful and comfortably decorated home, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra linens. So much to do - great pool and spa, lots of fun family games and walking distance to the community courts and park. Would not hesitate to stay again if we return to the area!

Just Wow!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Nicely furnished, quality linens, and packed with amenities and supplies. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to enjoy the AZ sunshine (in February!) We will definitely look to book this home again in the future.

Spring Break Family Trip

Very clean, very family friendly. Had plenty of space for people to spread out if needed. Very kid friendly for our 18 month old, and had some nice age appropriate toys. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall a great place for families. Great location for hiking trails that were close, and kids and grandparents could both do. Close to grocery store and restaurants both drive thru and eat in. Would definitely go there again.

Beautiful Property

The house was grander than the pictures show! The kitchen was extremely well-stocked- I can’t imagine what someone could possibly be in need of beyond what was provided. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The only thing that was bothersome was that the neighbors claimed we were playing loud music on the first night- which we weren’t- so it made me anxious that other lies might be told going forward. Nothing more happened and Wes was immediately responsive to a small toilet fix during our week. Overall a great stay!

Perfect for a Family Vacation!

Amazing house in a great location with a beautiful view! Wes (Host ) was quick to respond to all of our questions! We spent a lot of time in the incredible pool and hot tub, watching the sunset! Perfect location for a quick trip into Phoenix to watch a game or to head north to do some site seeing. Have stayed in several VRBOs and none have been stocked as well as this one with all of the necessities for a great stay!

Great location and house with lovely views

This was a great house to stay in. You can't beat the location and the neighborhood. The house is huge and comfortably slept 8 of us with plenty of room for more... There are 4 separate areas to just hang out giving plenty of space for everyone (not including bedrooms). The pool and hottub were great. We did have some minor issues with the fire pit not working, but everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again when we return!

Family Wedding Vacation

Could not have been happier with this property. Plenty of beds and baths for everyone. Several living areas to spread out and relax Well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels , blankets, games ,dishes, pots and pans and small appliances The pool and spa are spectacular! No neighbors behind property for amazing views and sunsets. House was clean, location very good.

Property was very clean when we arrived. The location was very central to all the plans we made such as Grand Canyon, Sedona and golf. Communication with property manager was sadly lacking while at property. Sent a couple of texts and emails with no response.

Lovely spacious home - Beautiful views

We booked this home to bring two families together, 5 teens, 5 adults. There was plenty of room and accommodations, the floor plan allowed for everyone to have their own space. Owners suite bathroom is HUGE! Beautiful views of the Arizona desert and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. We had to drive about 30 minutes to get to the main attractions in AZ, but worth it for the views and vacation vibes. Property manager was available via text. I recommend this place for families with older children.
