For security, cameras are at the front of the house, both side gates, the patio, the garage, and the pool. The front and garage door smart locks have photo-only cameras (no video).
HOT TUB: Follow all instructions. Keep it covered when not in use (especially overnight), and store the cover in the rack, not on the ground. Failure to comply may result in a maintenance fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties No smoking, vaping, cigarettes
No tampering with the router, Wi-Fi, cameras, and smoke detectors.
The garage is for parking only. Activities such as oil changes, car washing, or any kind of vehicle maintenance are not permitted. Thank you!

The place was just as amazing as the pictures and very clean. The house has all the supplies you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the pool. The outdoor space provided more than enough space for our family to hang out, eat, swim, and play games. The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had before and during our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. As a family of 5; kids ages 9,8, and 2, we felt there was plenty for each of us to do. The host was very accommodating and responded promptly to our messages. We requested a baby gate once we got there and they had one delivered right away that next morning!! Only one minor thing that I would request is lamps in the bedrooms and in the living room. But that is very minor. We would stay at this house again as well as recommend it to others!!

My family states that this house is their dream home. We enjoyed playing pool and going swimming at north playin on night swimming. We also appreciated the kitchen having all the utensils, dishes and pots and pans we needed. We had everything we needed so we could just enjoy our time with each other. This house was a dream! Words cannot express the comfort and familiarity we felt in this home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook amazing meals. We especially loved the backyard with the fire pit and the amazing hot tub – perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, each with its own unique charm.
