Lovely home, beautifully decorated, family friendly, well-stocked kitchen, and conveniently located.

This home was perfect for our family reunion. It is kid friendly, wonderful pool area, outdoor seating with grill and fireplace. We enjoyed its spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfortable furnishings. The owners are terrific to work with and always had quick responses to our questions.

Amazing home in Phoenix area

A very nice, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor living space was private with spectacular views. Great communication with the hosts. Lots to explore in the area! Will definitely stay again if we’re in Phoenix again!

Great Place to Stay

This was a great place for a ladies weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for 10 women. We paid to have the pool heated which was perfect for February. The kitchen has everything you need. Located near grocery stores and outlet shopping. I would recommend if you're looking to visit the North Phoenix area.

Family Vaca

Our family, consisting of 8 adults and 2 children (4 and 3), truly enjoyed our vacation at Tramonto. The property had everything we needed to provide a quality stay. We were looking for a pool and king beds and this property delivered. We enjoyed relaxing time outside, in the pool and around the tables. Close to everything and not far from the airport...but removed enough to seem remote. LOVED it.

Spacious, open home with beautiful desert backdrop

Our large group enjoyed this spacious, open home for three nights. Plenty of room for whole-group conversations in the downstairs living area. Many kitchen amenities helpful for our frequent cooking together. Outside pool/gas fireplace/table area is lovely. Pool didn't heat up to swimming temp, but it was January and could probably be adjusted with a call to the owner. Surrounding suburban area very relaxed. Would recommend and stay again if/when near Phoenix.

Sunny Days in Phoenix

Our stay was wonderful but we had a few hiccups with the property--drains were slow, making baths for kids after dusty hikes a problem. The dishwasher is basically non-functional. We hand washed dishes after the 2nd day of experience. Towel rods, shower curtain rods, Toilet Paper holders all managed to fall off the walls during our stay--no tools were available to fix these basic things, which was frustrating. But the house is large and comfortable otherwise.

Overall we had a good experience. We had problems with TV and host responded quickly. The waterfall on the pool did not work the entire time and the filter did not seem to come on enough. The location was great and it nicely was able to house our entire family.

Good. Had to buy some ice because the ice maker couldn't keep up. There were plenty of towels for the pool and showering. The house was clean and comfortable.

Great stay !

My family and I came in for our niece and nephew’s high school graduation. This house was the perfect location ! We were super close to them which is what we wanted.The house itself was great, the set up is wonderful and the backyard was very nice.Loved waking to the nearby park as well.

Wonderful stay

We were in town for a college graduation. This house had the perfect setup for grandparents to join us. There is one king bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. One king with a private bath and private balcony upstairs and then 3 other bedrooms (2 kings and one with 2 twin beds) that share another bathroom upstairs. The amenities in the backyard are great! Big patio table that we squeezed 9 around for dinner, fireplace, and a fun pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The location is about 45 mins from Tempe/ASU, 30 mins to PHX, 1:15 to Sedona and 25 mins to GCU. Everything was clean and our stay was fabulous.

Great experience

The house was fantastic, everything was labeled that needed it, in excellent shape. Very well maintained. The only problem with a 5 bedroom house is the 3 spots for parking. No parking on the street by the HOA at no fault to the existing home owners

Would stay again

Size of the house was just right for our family of five, with one room to spare. The living room downstairs had a comfortable sectional where we watched a volleyball game with our parents. TV was confusing with Cox cable, and we ended up switching to our YouTube account for the game. Kitchen was furnished with pots and pans and plenty of other dishes. Communication with property host was good. we wanted to stay near anthem, and this quiet neighborhood was perfect.

Awesome Vacation Home

The home was awesome! It was spacious and roomy for our family to enjoy, and the outdoor living space was a welcome bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and spices! The beds were very comfortable after long days exploring the area. Will definitely go back if our travels take us to the Phoenix area again.

Girls weekend

Lovely spacious house. Backyard area with gas fireplace and heated pool was just what we wanted! We had some water leakage from fridge and sink/dishwasher, so we weren't able to use the water dispenser from the fridge most of these weekend or the dishwasher the last day, but Doug was responsive, and I'm sure it was fixed for the next guests!
