This spacious sanctuary with 4br/3ba main house plus separate 1br/1ba casita is fully furnished for comfort! Gourmet kitchen and dining area, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, outdoor fireplace, custom pool and hot tub, adjustable height basketball and pickleball courts, 9-hole putting green,pool table and Level-2 EV charger!

No parties or events of any kind are allowed, including gatherings with unregistered guests that exceed the booked guest count.
• Guests must respect quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM; loud music, shouting, or any noise that may disturb neighbors is not permitted at any time.
• The maximum number of people on the property (day or night) may not exceed the number of guests on the reservation, unless pre-approved in writing.
• If neighbors report excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior, guests may be required to leave immediately with no refund of booking fees, in line with Airbnb’s community disturbance and party policies. Guests are responsible for any fines, citations.
