Footsteps from the Lookout Mountain Trailheads, you will be conveniently located 15-30 minutes from most major attractions in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. We have gone through painstaking measures to ensure that all of your needs will be met. Staying at our home will provide your group with a quiet and centrally located property in a safe, mature neighborhood. We love our home and know that you will too.

Amazing home

Comfortable house with great yard.

The house had a good layout and Matthew was very responsive when we had questions. My family of 5 (3 teenagers) was very comfortable. Everyone loved the yard.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the place very much. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity of hiking at Lookout Mountain and nearby golf courses. Loved the house, lots of natural light and we loved the backyard setting and the pool, though the water was a little too cold (freezing!) to swim. We'd definitely stay here again!

AMAZING

This was one of the most amazing properties I have ever stayed at the hostel was kind and very responsive. If I ever come back to Arizona, I will definitely be staying here again. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a quiet neighborhood with an amazing property and great views in Arizona.

Great place to stay

If was perfect for four of us going to the waste management golf tournament and other top golf courses are just 15-35 min away. Nice restaurants were near by as well. Didn’t take more than 10 minutes to get Ubers to where we needed to go.

Never wanted to leave

We were so glad we found this place! After backpacking for 4 days we were all looking forward to a shower and an actual bed. This place did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and and so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Prefect family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the home. It was perfect for a quick spring break trip with our 3 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The home was well stocked, communication with Matt was fantastic and the neighborhood was an easy drive to amenities like Target, Starbucks, etc. Thank you again Matt, for the hospitality!

Perfect House

Great House and Host!

The house was just as advertised. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The property owner responded to my questions immediately and even had a basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We only had three people but the house could handle many more!

Great property and host

The property was perfect for our group of 6, with good sized bedrooms (the 2 king beds were a major plus), a big kitchen and two living room areas to watch TV or relax. The outdoor space was very nice, the pool and outdoor TV were awesome. The host was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. The location was great for our group, it is more residential/private but close enough to drive/uber to all of the activities that we had planned. A park/hiking area were within walking distance however not much for shops/restaurants but this wasn't a problem for us.

AMAZING! Modern cozy home

This place has it all inside and outside! Plenty of room for gathering inside and out for visiting, eating and relaxing. Plenty of privacy with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Owners are fabulous communicators and just so great to answer questions. The neighbor even brought us fresh eggs for breakfast! He asked us not to tell the “girls (hens)” the night we were BBQing chicken on the grill!! 😎we really enjoyed the gas Firepit area each night. Love this place! Above and beyond expectations.

Fabulous

This is an outstanding home and is well managed. The property is fully updated with all new spaces that are gorgeous. The master bedroom is incredible, including the spa like bathroom. The beds were also all very comfortable. The entire house was spotless and well cared for. The outdoor space is also very impressive. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked inviting. We did take advantage of the ping pong table, fire table, and putting green. The outdoor kitchen with grill also looked nice. The house was clean and comfortable, we would definitely book again.

Beautiful place inside and out. Just as advertised.

Great location, prefer this area over the congested areas we have stayed in the past. Easy to get to all the golf courses we went to. Much better value restaurants in the neighborhood. Super clean, everything you need and plenty more( including kettle weights). Great pool and hot tub with lots to do in yard. Newly remodeled and done well. Matt provided much insight and information of all kinds in the manual and by contact. Left a really nice welcome basket with lots of goodies. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Myself and buddies go to Phoenix/Scottsdale every year for golf and this is the best spot we’ve found. No need to even look for next year, just hope it’s available.

Visiting with Grandparents

My family flew in to AZ to visit Grandparents and selected the "Centrally located Hiker and Golfer's Paradise" to comfortably house my family of 4, plus 2 grandparents. My family slept in the 3 upstairs bedrooms (including amazing Master suite) and our grandparents slept in the 4th room downstairs, right next to the 3rd bath. We all enjoyed the incredibly well-appointed house - perfectly situated to come together for meals, games and conversation, and with enough spaces to separate and seek space if needed. The quiet neighborhood, fabulous backyard and walking-distance proximity to Lookout Mountain and park (with tennis courts and large grass fields for playing catch) was a bonus. Matt is an exceptional host who communicates well and answers all questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic Phoenix Place!

This property is wonderful! The layout of the house is so clever and we loved the style and decor. Very spacious and comfortable with so many extras! The kitchen was totally stocked and featured a great coffee station and an amazing welcome basket of goodies! We have never experienced that level of generosity before! The prime suite was a delight with a gorgeous bathroom, huge walk in closet and very comfortable bed. Our son had his pick of three other well appointed bedrooms. The backyard was as wonderful as the house itself. Beautiful refreshing pool, lovely landscaping, with tons of fun extras. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Phoenix area! Close to freeways but in a quiet neighborhood. This listing deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you!
