It’s a quiet neighborhood and safe neighborhood. A great mix of seniors and those with families. It's a short drive to Scottsdale and plenty of places to shop, restaurants galore, parks with farmers markets, etc...

Our backyard is amazing and very private. The best in the neighborhood for sure!
