This large home features a big game room, theater seating, two kitchens, and has a backyard you will never want to leave! The backyard is highlighted by the large heated pool, hot tub, putting green, life-size checkers, cornhole, and fire pit to relax around at the end of the fun filled day!

The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and accommodates 16+ guests in utmost comfort and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. You’ll be close to everything, but you may not want to leave this quiet retreat.

5. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Neighborhood: Enjoy the trendy Phoenix neighborhood, where being fantastic neighbors is a priority. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am ensure a peaceful stay for all. Easily accessible via Ubers or Lyfts, explore Phoenix or Scottsdale with assistance from the concierge team or venture out independently using the provided digital guidebooks.
Other Things to Note: This fully furnished home comes stocked with essentials for your trip, though plan accordingly for additional consumables. House rules ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

• Renting person must be 25 years of age or older and stay throughout the reservation
• No smoking
• Check-in: 4 PM (strict), Check-out: 10 AM (strict)

Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations undergo verification

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check-in both afternoon and night!

If you encounter any issues during your stay, please reach out to us via your preferred messaging channel during our business hours from 7 am to 7 pm. We`ll make every effort to respond promptly, typically within an hour. In case of emergencies requiring immediate attention, don`t hesitate to contact our business line right away. Otherwise, we`ll respect your privacy and allow you to fully enjoy your time in our home.

The Neighborhood: Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Other Things to Note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay. Additionally, there is no central speaker system at the home, so if you`d like music, please plan to bring your own portable speaker.

Lastly, we use a platform called `Know Your Guest` via Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your application must match the primary guest’s name on the reservation, and your identity check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per state and city law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
