Overall a wonderful stay! The best parts were actually having large tables inside and out to seat our large party at every meal and having a couple extra rolls of paper products readily available. Everything else match the pictures and exceeded expectations!

Overall a nice house in a good location. A few of the rooms were converted from the old garage space into bedrooms. The house had a lot of issues with the breaker box and several times throughout our stay we had to flip the switches off and on to regain power to all or part of the home. The host was extremely responsive though. Without the electric issues it would have been a great stay. Great areas for large groups, a lot of seating and large tables. We were disappointed there was no ice maker in the refrigerator.

This house was perfect! We had a group of friends but it would be so family friendly too! We cooked, and just enjoyed the many conversation spots! The beds are AMAZING! So comfortable!

Place is great for a big group. Had all the amenities for babies (portable crib) to teens (ping pong table) to adults (pool, hot tub). Place was definitely cleaned. Some of the upholstery needs a refresh. Place is advertised as Paradise Valley; it’s the other side of Piestewa Peak, so it’s a little further from downtown Scottsdale. Also, there is quite a bit of highway noise (esp at night) from HWY 51. All in all, good value for a big group with accessibility.

Gorgeous home!

The house is spacious and beautiful, checking in and out was easy. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly and we had a question about the stove but the property manager was super helpful. We will definitely go back, it was an incredible trip!

Amazing & Spacious Place to Gather!

This was a perfect house for a larger group wanting to spend time together at the house. It was spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and fun. We utilized the pool, fire pit, outdoor tv almost the entire time we were there. Kitchen had everything you needed and we were so surprised about the quality of everything in the home. Beds are extremely comfortable and extra pillows and blankets were abundant.

The house was excellent. Plenty of room for my beer league hockey team to stay while playing in a tournament. The house was very clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed except the mojo to win our last game for the 'ship. Not the house's fault...we choked. I highly recommend this house and we look forward to booking it again next year.

Amazing experience Christmas Reunion

Everything was more than expected. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. No one Lots of extra large tables for games and meals. Easy check in and excellent communication with the host! The pool was of most excellence for the kids (and adults) to enjoy. Put put range was awesome and movies outside. We would visit again!

Wonderful Vacation

A wonderful Thanksgiving vacation for a multi generation family. The house had great outdoor amenities. The heated pool, putting green, outdoor tv area and ping pong table were in great condition. The house location is terrific. There were a couple extras supplies included: pool towels, shampoo & soap dispenser in shower, and 2 smaller beverage refrigerators. There were a couple of maintenance issues but were resolved immediately and did not interfere.

Amazing!

We rented this house for my mom’s 70th birthday and it was perfect. There were 19 of us, ages 6 months to 70. There was plenty of space for us all to gather both inside and outside. Everything looked just like the pictures portrayed. The property manager was super responsive (got responses to all my inquiries within 5 minutes) and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This is a fantastic home! Looks just like the pictures. Backyard is incredible. Plenty of seating throughout for our family of 20. Beautiful design. Clean with comfy beds. Excellent communication with host. Had to take away 1 star due to functionality of the kitchen. While glasses and dishes are stocked for 22 people, the cookware was quite inadequate and did not meet the standard of the rest home both in quantity and quality. The stove also had 5 burners but only 1 large burner and the rest were so small, they were nearly unusable. It made it quite difficult to cook for 20 people. If they upgrade the stove and cookware this would easily be a 10 out of 10 property!
