Very nice house and well kept. Host was responsive to questions. In a very residential neighborhood, so I wouldn't want to rent this place with my college buddies, but it was great for my family.

Nice home however the actual property manager porter was terrible, they never reached out after calling several times and leaving voicemails with general questions once we arrived at thw home. The amount of instructions for a home with this many amenities is ridiculous, literally only 4 check in instructions and 2 of them are wifi and door access code. Also not stocked well at all with kitchen items or toiletries and trash bags. Home appears to be heavily rented and it shows with broken trim, scuffs on walls etc... also the neighbors clearly do not want a rental property next door (signs in front yard stating so) pool cleaner came in backyard unannounced and scared the crap out of my wife while enjoyingmorning coffee.. beds are also not very comfortable. With the amount of rentals in the area very surprised and the condition and overall experience.

The house was nice, but it seemed like it was a bit worn.Especially the kitchen pots and pans. We like to cook and the kitchen amenities were extremely poor. Some pans were unusable or the handles were falling off. the kitchen itself was beautiful and had dual dishwashers, large freezer and frig, coffee makers, etc. Well stocked utensils, plates, glasses and cups.

Pros: Great location, nice house and amenities. Accommodated extra guests with no extra feeCons: 1. House for 16 with 7 nights of reservation, only provided toilet paper sufficient for a couple days. Host advised they only provide enough to kick off the stay. Never expected we need to shop for toilet paper at a Vrbo stay2. Non stick pots and pans are not usable, they are all scratched3. Spare bedding in the master bedroom had stains

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed and most of what we wanted. My only caution would be the neighbors. They are clearly not happy to have a vacation property in their neighborhood. One of them has a sign in the yard stating that fact, and another asked us rudely to move our cars off the street (there were other neighbors' cars parked on the street). We had moved them so the kids could play basketball in the driveway, but were careful to park them at the end of the driveway and in front of the house only. After that, we didn't feel like we could use the basketball hoop and felt like we couldn't be in the backyard before 9 am or after 8 pm. That was a bummer, but obviously not the property owners' fault. Aside from making a few of these adjustments, we loved the property and would not have a problem renting it again.
