We also have a mini van available through Turo we can have at the house for your trip if interested.

Accommodations for 8 in this fully equipped, updated, 4 bed, 3 bath house. (4 bedrooms for 8 people and 1 pull out queen in office. Excellent internet and WiFi range / speeds to accommodate online school and remote working.

Kitchen with professional chef appliances opens up to the great room and dining, or retreat out to the oasis in the back yard complete with a lounge area, flat screen tv, and sound system. Pool is NOT heated. Pool heat is an option March though October with additional charge, ask for quote.

Perfect central Scottsdale location on a big corner lot. Pickle ball is a blast. All levels have a great time.

This house was perfect for our girls trip. The space is very clean with so many small things stocked that made the trip super easy and enjoyable (extra blankets, bug spray, condiments etc!) The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The backyard was to die for. We enjoyed lounging around the house, playing pickleball, swimming and cooking wonderful meals. 5 stars. No notes. Will for sure be back.

Private Resort

The property was much bigger than we were expecting. The master suite was huge. It was the most well stocked property we have been to. Very clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio, pool, and pickleball court were perfect. It felt like we were at our own private resort!

Fun Gathering Place

Three couples enjoyed this fun location over a long weekend. The house is convenient to many of the attractions around Scottsdale. The open kitchen and living area is conducive to gathering. We enjoyed friendly (and not so friendly) competition on the pickle-ball court. Lots of fun amenities.

So much to do!

This beautiful house offered more to enjoy than any place we’ve ever stayed! Our own pickle ball court near our pool and fire pit was the icing on the cake. It also was the most well-stocked house we’ve ever rented. We would love to repeat the great experience!

So Many Fun Things To Do

Where else do you have your own pickle ball court and more games than I could think of? Ryan is the most considerate and responsive homeowner we’ve had over our twenty years of renting! A great location and home to enjoy.

Great Location, Everything you need, Comfortable!

We had 6 guests who really enjoyed all the home had to offer. Clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were good size with good beds. The TV's worked great, arcade games were fun and an added bonus. The Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. Especially enjoyed the back yard; patio and 2nd living room, pickleball courts and large pool. Location was outstanding as well, very quiet. Can't go wrong staying at this home.

This property is a gem in the Scottsdale AZ area. Clean, comfortable, well stocked house with a heated pool, a 2-car garage plus perfect location for our needs with Spring Training ball parks & the Phoenix Mountains for hiking. Plenty of nearby grocery options, restaurants & shopping opportunities nearby. Your host is very responsive to questions. House, in our experience, is in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is great for simply hanging out comfortably, playing pickle ball or swimming on the pool. We loved it so much we've already booked for next year.

Great house, great backyard, and responsive owner

My family of 6 (3 kids, 3 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. My teenage boys spent hours in the pool, we had a family corn hole tournament, and enjoyed the mini tennis. The house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. We were able to get into the house early on our arrival day. Our only issue was quickly resolved by the owner. It took us several minutes to figure out the tvs, having not used YouTube tv and Roku before, but once we figured it out we had no problems.

The location was great! It was close to everything that we wanted to do in the Scottsdale area and beyond. The backyard was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the pickle ball court. First Annual Holiday Family Vacation

Beautiful, clean property located in a quiet neighborhood. We played pickleball on the property court for hours and hours every day! The kitchen was well equipped and the owner’s Touro mini van made the stay very convenient. We plan to return next year if the home is available

The Pickleball House

We loved staying at the pickleball house! Very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and staples, and we loved how big the kitchen island was. Big laundry room with extra supplies and linens. The office workspace had a nice long counter/desk with glass doors just off the living room area. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We are novice pickleball players and we had so much fun on the backyard court. We hardly ever left the property! We will be going back again!

Take Us Back!!

We had a hard time leaving this amazing property. Our family, consisting of two adults and four teenagers, absolutely loved our time there. Each child had their own space, which made it easy to be there for a week. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The outdoor space was where we spent the most space...games of pickleball, floating in the pool/laying poolside, or sitting in the couch area readng a book or watching TV. Ryan was very responsive with communication. We would love to return sometime!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love this property. This is where we started our family and the the kids learned to ride their bikes on the sport court and we would swim everyday in the summers. A nice baja shelf in the pool to dip your feet. The area is fantastic and central to everything. Close enough to North Scottsdale, and also close enough to enjoy downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale. Open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. We know you will love it too.
