My husband and I needed a place for three days in Phoenix and this was perfect. This house is fabulous. The kitchen has everything and is the best stocked kitchen of the dozens of homes we have rented. The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, clean house and is exactly as represented online. The location is fantastic for Phoenix, quiet neighborhood of older smaller homes,10 minutes from the airport and close to other Phoenix attractions. There are two outdoor spaces to relax in. One is in the front yard surrounded by hedges and the other in the backyard. There is an awesome outdoor grill which we did not use. the living room has a giant TV screen and TVs in the bedrooms. Communication with the owner/manager is great. Access to the property upon arrival is easy. I would stay here again.

This plaxe was a nice surprise! Its a fully remodeled home. Done with amazing features. The rain showers are incredible! The host was easy to communicate with and easy to work with!!

Function and Beauty

This property exceeded our expectations. An extremely well equipped kitchen; privacy with ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom; fabulous appliances; spacious area for socializing. Check-in was easy and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions or issues. The space is artfully curated with decor and interesting reading material about Arizona, architecture, etc. Loved the attention to detail. Centrally located with easy access to downtown, the airport, and major freeways. Perfect for our get together of 3 couples.

Very appreciative

We cane to town for a funeral and found this place to be as nice as we had hoped. So stylish and higher end finishes. Although it does not rain much in Phoenix, it poured our 2nd night. This was the only thing that caused us a problem. Entering the front door was like walking into a shower. Definitely need some type of rain gutter. I am only mentioning this as it is a problem. Overall it is a great space and very relaxing.
