The property manager Joel was super attentive with great communication. We had an issue with the thermostat and he ensured it was fixed asap. The house is well cared for; clean and well stocked. It's located in a quiet, gated neighborhood with nice little green spaces and stores close by. The pool is nice and new. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in North Phoenix.

Our stay at the property was absolutely phenomenal. From the time we arrived until the time we checked out, the communication was outstanding. The check in system was easy to use. This is not the case with all VRBO locations. The Host helped us with several local restaurant recommendations. The Host checked in with me multiple times, and we knew that if we needed anything, he was there. We will stay at this property again when we visit the Phoenix area.

Work/Mini Vacation

We recently stayed at your VRBO for an extended period of time while I was in town for a month-long job. My family was able to visit me twice during that time, and the house was absolutely perfect for all of us. It was very well stocked and maintained, and we had everything we needed. The pool was a huge bonus-it made it much easier to enjoy the outdoors despite the heat. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Wonderful property in a great neighborhood.

This home was lovely. It was perfect for my husband and me, and our mother. The backyard was beautiful and the home was very clean. We brought our doodle and the neighborhood, its sidewalks, and multiple grassy areas were perfect for dog walking and playtime. We appreciated the property manager, who was very responsive and attentive to us throughout the process and throughout our 3-week stay!!

Incredibly clean, modern and fresh!

This was easily one of the best properties we have rented in our semi-annual trips to AZ. It was incredibly clean, new and modern; loved the decor! We had a small issue with getting the correct door code upon check-in and had to reset an electrical breaker but the property manager provided immediate responses that fixed both issues. Pool area was fantastic with lots of nice lounge chairs and fun putting green. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Almost too nice!!

First of all, the host is amazing! He was quick to respond, full of information and accommodating with our requests. The house is immaculate! The furnishings are simple and classic. So many things provided….. towels, utensils, cookware, plates and cups for indoor and outdoor use. Everything provided had multiples available for use - for example, there were several spoons, forks, etc. - we didn’t run out and have to hand wash or run the dishwasher every day. Lights and fan switches were all labeled so you didn’t have to guess. I could go on and on. This is our favorite rental thus far and we have reserved several properties for our short getaways and longer vacations and THIS IS THE BEST! We will definitely reserve again in the future. Hopefully it won’t already be booked up because once people realize what a gem this house is, there won’t be any time slots available. Thank you so much for allowing us as your guests.
