The home is split with the master on one side next to the kitchen, with attached master bath. On the other side of the kitchen is a hallway where the other three bedrooms and 2 baths are located.

- Please note: Our pool does not come with a fence surrounding it so watch your children!

- Our driveway can accommodate 3-4 vehicles, depending on size
- Our driveway can also accommodate a smaller trailer or camper, but would reduce the number of vehicles that could fit

- We recommend you rent a car if you are not driving here
- Uber is available but may be limited during high season (Jan-Apr)

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
1. Guaranteed: Many flights arrive at PHX early in the morning! Book the night before, if available, to be able to arrive at your convenience.

2. Take A Gamble: Check back the day of your arrival. If it is possible, early check-in is $25/hour with a maximum of 4 hours.

3. Not Available: If the night before your arrival is booked, early check-in is not possible. Please make arrangements to arrive at check-in time.

LATE CHECKOUT
- Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF
- Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

Is the pool heated?
- YES. The pool can be heated, October 1 through April 30, for an additional daily fee.
