Beautiful location

This unit is not a third floor unit as advertised. It is on the 7th floor in case you have small children. Otherwise the condo is a very nice unit

Don’t waste your time or money.

Absolutely not worth the money. This place was extremely dirty. Mold, water damage stains on the couch the walls etc. water gets cold in the shower. The fridge leaks. I could go on and on. Do not waste your time here.

Quick 2 night stay

The age of this unit and lack of updates was evident. There was also a cigarette smoke odor in the unit. Overall, it was clean, but the last paint job left splatters everywhere and it really could use some attention. We weren't unhappy with the overall experience though and the facility was good.

Location is great. This unit needs a lot of work. Very outdated. Furniture and carpet are dirty. Wallpaper peeling and torn. Internet did not work, but was fixed the next day. Patio chairs are all cracked and will pinch your skin. Room was not cleaned thoroughly. A few light bulbs were out. Vacuum did not work very well.

Beautiful Home

I truly enjoyed every inch of the home, it was only minor issues that need to be noticed or get attention between stays. The major one is the front door, even in locked state the door can easily be pushed open because of this we don't leave the home cause our belongings would be unattended but it was no need to eveytuing we needed was in walking distance and very nice. Thanks

In need of a complete remodel. Capet is stained, wallpaper in bathroom peeling. Dryer not working...

The view is great, beds are comfortable. The management company was great and will hopefully see that the unit is remodeled and some things replaced before renting it out again.

Great sunrise view! Quiet property. Condo could use a few cosmetic updates, but was clean. Well stocked kitchen. I had difficulty getting the sliding glass door from the living room to open.
