The location was perfect close to the Yuma East shopping / eatery area as well as the Walmart Superstore
Nice large fenced yard for our dog
All of the amenities needed to enjoy the outside under the covered deck that was lit up nice for the evenings
Having access to the garage to store my SUV and small enclosed trailer was a plus
The inside of the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5-1/2 month stay
The owners were quick to respond to any queries we had
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I would come back for another stay in the future
My wife and I stayed in this property for two months.
We have no complains. Excellent host. She is available when needed. The property has all you need.
Thank you once again.
In Yuma RO water very important. Glad to see there was RO water installed but it did not work. Emailed property manager on first day and they told me it would be 7 days before they could look at it. On the 8th day late in afternoon I emailed them again and they told me and I quote "But I can send my husband over to disconnect it (it's not promised in the listing), and make sure the water dispenser in the fridge is working properly" . This was totally unacceptable to me and a very rude response after waiting for 8 days to have it fixed. Ironic is that I own a rental property in Yuma also and that happened to me last year. When the customer called me I immediately took over a case of water and called someone to fix. They fixed next day. It only need air in tank. They did not even charge me to fix it.
The house was clean but when the wife got pots and pans out to bake they were really dirty. The mixer had yellow stuff on it.
The backyard bar b que was extremely dirty with the drip pan was completely full. It was nice that they had a spare propane tank to use.
The neighborhood has numerous German Shepards. Even though there is a nice path behind the house we could not walk our dog there as German Shepards were trying to jump the fence to get at us. They even tried jumping when we did not have our small dog with us. Also they did like to bark in the middle of the night so light sleepers that is a problem.
Also fireworks on the weekends in March and April. Not sure why .........
We had a great experience staying at this property. The host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We would certainly consider staying here again.
