Seeland, tucked away at the Alten Strom - family-friendly, modern, special All apartments are lovingly furnished and completely new and comfortably equipped: flat-screen TV, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN and complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with Freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). This apartment offers you a comfortable living / dining area with a cozy sitting area (sofa bed 120 x 200 cm.), A separate bedroom with double bed and a nice shower room. In summer you can have breakfast on your own small terrace
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights - 20 euros / night) and "L" (under 7 nights - 10 euros / night). Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Pick up deposit from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request, WiFi _______ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Saubere Wohnung, schattig und gute Lage. Leider unfreundliches Personal beim anreisen. Tv Programm auch nur begrenzt Empfangbar( nur öffentliche). Dies ist für regnerische Tage leider unvorteilhaft. Sonst war die Wohnung sehr ordentlich, groß und top gepflegt!

Schöne Urlaubswoche in guter Lage

Eine schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Allerdings gibt es ein Minuspunkt, da das Wlan wirklich nicht so gut ist , da könnte man über Verbesserung nachdenken!

Fewo Seeland

Sehr saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man am Strand. Wir waren zur Corona Zeit da. Deshalb war die Ferienwohnung wohl ohne jegliche Deko. Z. B. keinerlei Beschreibung usw. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhof . Wir blickten durch die Eingangstür auf einen Hortensienbusch. Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Aber Warnemünde ist einfach Klasse. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Besser geht's nicht

Im Vorfeld wurde alles bestens organisiert. Die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit war prima. Die Lage der FeWo war super, schnelle Erreichbarkeit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Restaurants. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist super, modern. Außerdem war es angenehm ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Immer wieder gerne

Sehr sauberes und modern eingerichtetes kleines Appartement. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub als Selbstversorger benötigt. Selbst die Einmietung mit einem kleinen Hund war problemlos. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
